The Hasiya Ibrahim Sani Empowerment Foundation has extended its support to Yako a community in Kiru local government of Kano.
The founder Major General Ibrahim Sani who doled out grinding machines and pasta making machines to women in the area.
The village head of Yako Alhaji Garba Barde hailed the efforts of the foundation and prayed for more wisdom and foresight in helping the less privileged.
At Chiranchi ward in Kumbotso the foundation also supported new mothers with items including cloth,diapers, olive oil,spirit,soaps and other post natal materials.
The foundation”s representative Hajiya Nafisa Sani said they are aware of the constraints faced by new mothers and had been intervening to ease the situation.
Malama Maryam Sabo a beneficiary thanked the foundation and urged it to continue the good work while praying to Almighty God to bless the efforts.
