A Federal High court sitting at Gyadi Gyadi Kano presided over by justice Lewis Allagoa has fixed December 9th for ruling on the ownership tussle between Federal Government and administrators of a vast housing estate located at NNDC estate Sharada quarters .
One Rabiu Musa and Musa Ali Durimin Shira had filled a suit urging the court to order Economic and Financial crimes commission EFCC to handover back their estate held in trust by the anti graft agency.
The estate administrators told the court that the properties on the order of a court of competent jurisdiction was held in trust by EFCC .
Adding that the property was purchased from proceeds of criminal activities, from their parents by an offender, adding that the culprit was convicted and ordered to forfeit the property, stating that the court of appeal had affirmed that the property was purchased from criminal proceeds and ordered that the estate be held in trust.

The duo pleaded with the court to order EFCC to hand over back the estate to them,
Counsel to EFCC , Idris Haruna ESQ in response to the application made to the court by the applicants informed the court that the estate was held in trust by the commission, following the affirmation of the judgement passed by a lower court by the court of appeal sitting in Kaduna.
He urged the court to judiciously and judicially use its overriding discretion to consider the application made to the court by the estate owners based on its merit.
