<p>The content of the petition sighted by this paper centred on the misappropriation of 2.5% administrative charges on the staff of the agency in which the staff were given a token of 100,000 each after a bitter complaint.</p>
<p>The petition alleged that the DG was not alone in this gross misconduct but with the support of the agency&#8217;s head of account as well as the Director of procurement.</p>
