Although NLC is not trustworthy, they need massive support this time. Dear Cameleonic TUC and allies,
we understand that you strongly disagree with NLC and dislike Nigerians especially the poor masses. But please back down and allow the NLC conduct a legitimate and peaceful protest and strike against the government’s rough handling of economic challenges since May 2023. It is important to approach this disagreement with respect and constructive criticism rather than resorting to a strong rejoinder.

Firstly, it is essential to recognize that all parties involved, including Seyi Tinubu, Trade Union Congress, Nigeria Civil Society Forum have the right to express their opinions as NLC has to engage in peaceful protests in a democratic society. The Nigeria’s constitution has acknowledged differing viewpoints and encouraged critical thinking, open dialogue, and ultimately lead to better governance.

While you may perceive the NLC’s move as selfish, it is important to understand that they might have valid concerns or alternative perspectives on how the government should address the economic challenges. How much is the Naira to a dollar today?. How much was the exchange rate in May, 2023?. What of the National Minimum Wage?. Economic outlook of the Nation since assumption of this administration dwindles. So, dismissing NLCs viewpoints through a strong rejoinder hampers the potential for productive discussion and problem-solving.

Instead, it is more productive to engage in constructive dialogue, seeking to understand the motivations and viewpoints of all parties involved especially the masses. By fostering an environment of open and respectful conversation, we can collectively work towards finding effective solutions to the country’s economic challenges.

Furthermore, it is crucial to remember that peaceful protests are an important part of democratic societies, allowing citizens to express their grievances and advocate for change. The NLC’s protest is a legitimate form of expressing dissatisfaction with the government’s approach to the economic challenges. Dismissing it as unjust or unfounded disregards the fundamental principles of democratic rights and freedom of expression.

In conclusion, it is crucial to approach disagreements with respect and a willingness to engage in constructive dialogue. By doing so, we can create an environment where differing opinions are valued and work towards finding sustainable solutions to the economic challenges faced by Nigeria.

Dear TUC and Nigeria Civil Society Forum, Nigerians are watching with keen interest your actions against them just to score cheap points or earn few bucks more.
