<p dir="ltr">Hisham Habib brings a wealth of experience to the position, having served as a veteran journalist and holding a degree in English from Bayero University Kano, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication from the same institution.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Prior to this appointment, Habib worked as a staff member at the state&#8217;s Ministry of Information and held the position of Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of Justice.</p>
