<p>The managing director of the Dala Inland Dry Port, Alhaji Ahmad Rabiu, has called on the incoming Federal Government to complete all necessary logistical support to ensure the full take-off of the port. Speaking to journalists after a meeting with the ministerial committee, Rabiu stated that the meeting was the third of its kind, aimed at ensuring a seamless take-off of the port. The committee was appointed by the Minister of Transportation, Muazu Jaji Sambo.</p>

<p>Rabiu also highlighted the potential impact of the port on the capital market in and around Kano, Nigeria, and Africa. Meanwhile, Victor Ewa from the Federal Ministry of Transportation emphasized that the ministerial committee was set up to nurture and ensure the port works effortlessly. He added that the Nigerian Customs and the Central Bank of Nigeria should recognize it as a port of origin and destination.</p>
