Customers of Kano Electricity distribution company are grumbling over company’s failure to provide pre-paid meter token to the customers.
KEDCO is covering Kano Jigawa and Katsina states.
The customers made the lamentation in an interview with NIGERIAN TRACKER.
One of the customers Abdul said he has been going to their offices located in his domain to buy the PIN but what they mostly say is that there is no network and due to that my house is now in darkness.
Abdul said when I learnt that one cannot buy the prepaid meter token online I went straight to their district offices and the problem is the same.
He lamented that he visited their regional office at Maiduguri Road in Kano Metropolis but to no avail,to cut the story short I went to the Headquarters of KEDCO along post office road in Kano I met many customers and they kept saying there is no network.
Another Customer Mr Abbati said for the past three days whenever I went to buy the prepaid meter token to charge my meter what they say is there is no network,the lack of network on the part of KEDCO persists till Saturday 18th September and they kept explaining to us that there is no network.
When contacted for comment the Communication officer for KEDCO Musa Shawai can not be reached as his number is not going.
