The famous broadcaster and former BBC Hausa Veteran Dr. Maude Rabi’u Gwadabe has been appointed as General Manager of a new Radio station in Kano.
The station titled Nasara Radio has been granted approval by the National Broadcasting Corporation to start test transmission this week at the frequency modulation band 98.5 FM.
This development was contained in statement shared by the station’s project coordinator and secretary of the technical implementation committee Alh. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.

He said Nasara Radio is designed to promote, protect and protect a responsible society through innovative programmes and news content with high value of objectivity, fairness and timeliness.
Mr. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa enjoyed all other Radio stations in Kano to maintain a healthy competition and strict adherence to the professional code of ethics in broadcast industry.
