The supplementary budget aims to enhance the government’s capacity to meet its core mandates and emerging obligations&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Legislative Action<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Council directed the immediate transmission of the proposed supplementary budget to the Kano State House of Assembly for legislative action and passage into law&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Waiya told newsmen that the Government Engr&period;
