<p>Alh. Abdullahi Rabiu made this known while receiving the State House of Assembly Committee on Housing, who called on him in his office for a working visit.</p>
<p>The Managing Director appreciated the committee&#8217;s oversight role and pledged to work closely with the legislature to advance housing development in the state.</p>
<p>He therefore described the visit as timely, stating that it would certainly foster working synergy and collaboration with the legislature. He also applauded Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his support and keen interest in the housing sector.</p>

<p>Earlier, in his address, the Chairman of the House of Assembly Committee on Housing, who is also a member representing Kumbotso Constituency at the State Assembly, Hon. Mudassir Ibrahim Zawaciki, alongside other Honourable Members of the committee, said the visit was part of their legislative mandate and aimed at enhancing collaboration and oversight between the legislative and executive arms of government in the housing sector.</p>

<p>Hon. Mudassir further explained that the committee sought to familiarize itself with the Corporation&#8217;s operations, challenges, and initiatives to improve housing delivery in Kano State.</p>
<p>He pointed out key discussions, which included ongoing projects, policy implementation, and strategies for addressing housing challenges, if any. The committee expressed its commitment to supporting the Corporation&#8217;s efforts to provide affordable housing for Kano residents.</p>
<p>In a statement by the Director of Public Enlightenment, Ismail Garba Gwammaja, other members of the committee expressed their viewpoints and commended the generosity and warm reception accorded to them by the management of the Corporation.</p>
