<p>The outgoing Managing Director,Kano state housing corporation,Arc Nuraddeen Zubair, has scored Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje hight in term of infrastructural Development in the State.</p>

<p>Arc Nuraddeen Zubair outlined successes recorded during his tenure, which he attributed it to the zeal and commitment of the Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.<br />
He said, in the recent the corporation has supervised the construction of about 500 units of Houses Tagged Teachers reserved area,which was undertaken by Kano state government in collaboration with Family Home Abuja.</p>

<p>He added that the corporation has upgraded it&#8217;s Shops along zoo road and Tarauni via what it called private partnership Developers, for revenue generation enhancement, in addition to beautification of nooks and streets.</p>
<p>The outgoing Managing Director, however explained that the administration of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has provided the corporation with a piece of Land at Zara village for construction of Houses,in addition to ensuring good welfare of the staffers and prompt payment of salaries and allowances.</p>

<p>He then thanks the entire staff of the corporation for their contribution toward his successful tenureship,and charged them to extend same to his successor.<br />
Speaking shortly after receiving the mantle of leadership of the corporation,the legal adviser and corporation&#8217;s secretary , Barrister Dalhatu Yusif Dad, commended the former managing director for his outstanding performance,and solicited the continued support of all and sundry in the outfit to enable him move the organisation forward.</p>
<p>Other who spoke during the hand over ceremony include Director physical planing and development control Builder Misbahu Gana,and Director administration and General Services Mal Ahmad Abdullahi.</p>
