Former Head of State and Chairman National peace committee General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd) said Nigeria will have a peaceful election come 2023.
The former Head of state stated this while inspecting the Malam-Alu Agro allied company Limited in Birnin-Kudu local Government, Jigawa State.
He said his committee is working hard to ensure that the 2023 General Election is conducted peacefully across the country.
This is coming at the time the country is facing serious security challenges in some parts of the country.

” As a peace committee we want to have peaceful election, Certainly Politicians will play their games and we will also track them to ensure that they play the game the way it is to ensure that the election was conducted without any hitches”
” You can’t stop politicians from being politicians, I hope we are going to use our plans and I am sure people have learned how to vote the right candidate of their choice” Abdulsalam stated.
