Gen. Ibrahim Sani calls for Community Engagement as he received awards for supporting Education

The chief executive officer Hasiya Ibrahim Sani foundation, Major General Ibrahim Sani says his foundation will continue to support educational system by providing social amenities to various primary, junior and secondary schools across the forty four (44) local government areas in Kano.

Major General Ibrahim Sani disclosed this shortly after receiving award of excellence from National Parents Teachers Association of Nigeria(NAPTAN) in Kano.

He said the foundation in one way or the other rebuilt water systems (boreholes repairs), health facilities, power systems, constructs classrooms and offices, construction of libraries and provision of computers among others at different schools in Sumaila, Kano Municipal and Gwale local government areas.

General Sani said they had organized quiz competition at Shahuci secondary schools which prompted a number of students to read hard and pass their examinations.

“Education is a key to national development because were their is no education the people will lack awareness. Ibrahim Said.

He said “Students morals were boosted by organizing various competitions at various locations across number of local governments so as to support the education sector in the state”.
