One of Senator Kabiru Gaya’s Wife has sued the senators eldest son over alleged sale of plot of land in Abuja.
The case which is before an Abuja federal high court is being presided over by Justice Y Halilu
Before the case, Senator Kabiru Gaya had since allocated plots of land to his children in Abuja,but the senators third wife Hajiya Bilkisu ended up taking the first son to the court for his brothers plot of land secretly to his brother without the knowledge of anyone.

The senators wife pleaded the court to confiscate the plot of land sold by the senators eldest son and hand it over to his junior brother.
The judge later adjourned the case to ,4th March 2021 in order to bring more witnesses.
On his part the counsel to the appellant Barrister Rilwanu Umar told newsmen that they tried their best to amicably resolve the case out of court but to no avail.
Barrister Rilwanu added that Faisal has pressurised his step mother to sale the plot of land but she refused eventhough Senator Kabiru Gaya has since given the plot of land Faisal’s junior brother.
After failing to convince her sale the plot he invited one of his friends Aliyu Bala Ahmad and sold the plot at 35 million Naira with said Barrister Rilwanu.
They only saw erection of building on the plot.
