EMIR Of Kano Appoints Uba Kofar Nai’Sa as SARKIN DORI of Kano

The Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero has approved the appointment of Alhaji Uba Kofar Na’isa as new Sarkin Dori of Kano.

The official turbaning was held last Sunday evening at Kofar kwaru, Emir’s palace, Kano.

Alhaji Uba Kofar Na’isa emerged as the seventh Sarkin Dori in the last four decades following the demise of his predecessor Alhaji Muhammad Inuwa.

The sallaman Kano Alhaji Garba presided over the turbaning in the presence senior and junior palace attendants as well as the celebrant descendants.

Sallaman Kano on behalf of the monarch tasked the traditional title holder to live peaceful and reunite the family for better results.

The turbaning ceremony was colourful and attractive as dozens of well wishers witnessed the historic event.

To make the day unique and remain ever green, the celebrant shortly after his affirmation rode on horse back to his palace located at Kofar Na’isa quarters in Gwale local government area.

Addressing his entourage and the entire well wishers the brand new Sarkin Dori of Kano Alhaji Uba Muhammad Kofar Na’isa thanked Almighty Allah for sparing his life till this moment and promised to carry every body along

Sarkin Dori is the traditional Head of individuals who specialises in healing fractures that affect limbs during accidents.
