<p>Bayero said the market plays a crucial role in supplying the grain needs of countries in parts of West Africa, Europe, and America, adding that the emirate would continue to enact policies that would enhance the capacity of the market to enable it to yield more economic dividends.</p>

<p>According to him, the emirate council has engaged the Federal Ministry of Agriculture to construct more feeder roads to further boost economic activities in the area.</p>

<p>Emir Bayero also stated that the boosting of the market would also improve the living standards of the rural populace.</p>
