Daura Emir Extolled Late Ado Bayero’s Virtues

The Emir of Daura Alhaji Umar Faruq Umar says the longest-serving Emir of Kano under Fulani dynasty late Ado Bayero has written his name in gold due to his unflinching support and contributions toward the national development.

 

 

Alhaji Umar Faruq Umar ,the Emir of Daura made the disclosure while hosting the fifteenth Fulani Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero when he called on him at his palace in Daura town, Katsina State.

The monarch revealed that late Ado Bayero’s charismatic and exceptional qualities of leadership, as well as ample duration on the throne, made him a decider, mentor, and model among his peers countrywide.

 

 

He also related the emergence of his biological son Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero who visited him in Daura as the successor of his selfless service to humanity and prayed to God Almighty to continue to guide him to the right path.

 

 

On Kano and Daura relations, Alhaji Umar Faruq Umar says it looks like twin sisters considering their historical antecedent as both rooted and established under Bayajidda clan and among seven original Hausa states.

 

 

In his speech, the Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero said his visit to Daura Emirate was just to see Brothers and sisters and say thank you for their regular prayers.

 

 

He said the good existing rapport between the two Emirates can not be overemphasized and assured that all measures must be put in place to make wax stronger.

 

 

Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero used the medium and prayed for the restoration of peace and improved security in Katsina and Zamfara states respectively.

 

 

The visitor has been taking round to some historic places under the Chiefdom.
