<p>KAROTA urged Motorists and <a href="https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/commuter">commuters</a> to respect all traffic laws during and after the period and accord KAROTA personnel all necessary cooperation to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.</p>
<p>In a statement by the KAROTA public relations officer, Nabulusi Abubakar Kofar Naisa said the Managing Director warned those engaged in a car race and other dangerous ways of driving would be arrested and prosecuted.</p>
