<p>The Acting Chairman of the Forum and Speaker of Kebbi State House of Assembly Hon. Isma&#8217;il Abdulmumini Kamba made the commendation while responding to a briefing on the domestication of the Violence Against Persons Prohibition (VAPP) Act by Speaker Abubakar Y Suleiman during the Conference of Northern Speakers held in Kaduna.</p>

<p>The Acting Chairman enumerated achievements such as the zonal meeting of the Speakers in conjunction with UNHCR in Yola, visit the Hon.
