Emir of Kano approves Jumaat Mosque for NASFAT.

The Emir of Kano Alh. Aminu Ado Bayero has approved the NASRUL-LAHI-L-FATIH society NASFAT newly built ultra-modern mosque for Jumat prayers.

The Emir’s approval came following a report presented to emir in his palace after an on sight visit to the mosque by the chief Imam of Kano Prof. Sani Zaharadeen and District Head of Fagge Alh. Mahmoud Ado Bayero to ensure the mosque complies with sharia doctrines.

Prof. Sani Zaharadden in his report to the emirate council traced the history of the mosque to the reign of Malam. Ibrahim Shekarau noting that the former governor of Kano state gave NASFAT the Islamic complex and investigation has shown that NASFAT is a credible organization that has maintained peace with all and sundry.

The report also praised NASFAT on the level of facilities at the mosque and urged the Emir to approve the mosque in line with Islamic tenets.

The Emir in his reaction after listening to the report approved the mosque for Jumat prayers and other prayers also gave his royal blessings to members and leadership of NASFAT.

With this approval, the mosque is officially recognized by the Emirate council and will thus be gazzetted.

In a reaction to the approval the Zonal Chairman of NASFAT Alh. KAZEEM Taoreed thanked the Emir, members of the kano Emirate council for following due diligence in the approval.

Kazeem promised to improve and sustain the cordial relationship between the various Islamic organisation’s within the state.

The NASFAT zone 1 zonal missioner NW 1 Ishaq zubair onireke commends the kano emirate council for the opportunity.

‘’The emir has played the role of the leader of believers (Ameerul Muminin) for sending the delegates to inspect the mosque, in order to protect his people from having conflict among the worshippers.’’ Onireke said.
