<p>This was contained in a statement signed by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa Thursday.</p>
<p>The Governor announced that food distribution commenced since Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 115 feeding centres across the eight Kano metropolitant LGAs.</p>
