<p>The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Monday affirmed the power of the Senate to suspend Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, ruling that the action was constitutionally valid.</p>
<p>In a unanimous judgment, a three-member panel dismissed the Senator&#8217;s challenge to her suspension, concluding that the Senate acted within its authority and that the suspension did not infringe upon her parliamentary privileges or constitutional rights.</p>
