<p>Gwarzo Local Government Area has completed comprehensive arrangements to immunize an estimated two hundred thousand children in the upcoming Polio Vaccination Campaign aimed at strengthening child health and preventing the resurgence of poliomyelitis.</p>

<p>Speaking shortly after inspecting the training sessions for ad-hoc vaccination personnel, the Executive Chairman of Gwarzo Local Government Area, Dr. Mani Tsoho, reaffirmed that the administration is fully committed to achieving total coverage and ensuring a smooth vaccination process.</p>
<p>He emphasized that the trained personnel have been adequately equipped with the necessary guidelines, strategies, and sensitization skills required for successful house-to-house operations.</p>

<p>In a significant acknowledgement, Dr. Mani Tsoho expressed deep appreciation to the Kano State Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, FNISE, whose health sector reforms have revitalized hospitals, clinics, and primary healthcare centers across the state.</p>
<p>He stated that Governor Yusuf’s leadership has ensured the steady supply of essential drugs, vaccines, and medical consumables to all LGAs, including Gwarzo, thereby enabling successful immunization exercises.</p>
<p>The Chairman noted that the Governor’s dedication to improving healthcare infrastructure and human resource capacity has restored public confidence in the state’s health system.</p>
<p>He added that the impact of these reforms is evident in the quality of services now available to residents at grassroots level.</p>
<p>Dr. Tsoho also extended heartfelt commendation to the Kano State Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, who also serves as the Commissioner for Higher Education, for his unwavering support toward community development and health programs.</p>
<p>He described the Deputy Governor as a visionary grassroots leader whose influence, guidance, and administrative wisdom continue to benefit Gwarzo Local Government and Kano State at large.</p>
<p>The Chairman emphasized that Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo’s contributions have strengthened coordination, mobilization, and public awareness efforts in preparation for the vaccination campaign.</p>
<p>He highlighted the Deputy Governor’s role in ensuring that state-level health policies are effectively implemented across all wards and communities.</p>
