<p>Recently the people of Kano Metropolis comprises of Nassarawa, Ungogo, Tarauni, Kano Municipal, Gwale and Kumbotso observed the return and increase in practice of Achaba.The number of people engaged in Achaba especially in Nassarawa and Ungogo Local Government areas is drastically increasing as results of negligence by Government and Security Agencies.</p>
<p>The pronouncement and banning of Achaba during Boko Haram insurgency has reduced the number of cases of insurgency in Kano State. In the recent years, Kano has been recognized as the only peaceful state in the north by security experts which was achieved by laws enactment including the banning of Achaba as the best measure to curb and end insurgency.</p>
<p>Boko Haram, Bandits and Kidnappers used motorcycles to attach innocent people in town and cities of the northern states.</p>

<p>Kano State has also witness the incidence of Boko Haram which led to the banning of Achaba within the metropolitan LGAs .Recently, the people of Ungogo and Nassarawa observed the return of Achaba in Sabon Gari, Brigade, Rimin Kebe, Rijiyar Lemo among other populated communities. Kano as a center of commerce deserves adequate security for business to thrive. The insecurity situation in Zamfara and Katsina has affected the the development including economic, political and peaceful coexistence. The situation should teach us a lesson to take measures to avoid experiencing the same condition. The political youth empowerment should reflect our identify, customs and values on buying and selling, respect for culture and religion, self-reliance and entrepreneurship.<br />
Governornment and security agencies should retract to avoid breaking of the States&#8217; peace and harmony.<br />
Government should ban youth epowerment with motorcycle to jobless political allies. Government should continue with youth empowerment programs, scholarship and empowerment programs.</p>
