<p>Governor Abba Kabir made the call during his speech at the Nigeria&#8217;s 65th independence day celebration at Sani Abacha stadium Kofar Mata on Tuesday.</p>
<p>The governor accused the police commissioner of intentionally withdrawing from the planned celebration at the last minute to undermine the event.</p>
<p>He condemned the action of the police commissioner describing it as a disservice to Nigeria and the state and its people.</p>
