<p>Speaking during the official handover, the Managing Director of the Housing Corporation, Alh. Abdullahi Rabiu, emphasized that the Corporation is committed to providing and maintaining habitable housing units for Kano’s rapidly growing population. He described the development as a major turning point in the state’s housing delivery framework.</p>

<p>Also addressing the event, Chairman of the Pension Funds Trustee, Alh. Habu Mohammad Fagge, formally handed over the houses to the Managing Director of the Kano State Housing Corporation. He noted that the transfer was made possible after Governor Yusuf’s administration cleared the backlog of pension funds. He expressed optimism that the Housing Corporation would ensure effective management of the estates and restore them to their intended purpose.</p>
