<p>The Plateau State Police Command has paraded 3 notorious armed robbers/ kidnappers terrorising Bassa Local Government Area of the State and also Jingir ,saminaka road.</p>
<p>While parading the suspects at the State Police headquarters in Jos, the Commissioner of Police Emmanuel Adesina attributed the success of the commands operation in keeping the State safe to the collaborative efforts of citizens who volunteered with useful information.</p>
<p>According to the Police commissioner&#8221; these operational successes are not only a testament of the diligence and commitment of our officers, but also the collaborative spirit of Plateau citizens and synthetic support from members of our security agencies, for this, I commend you all&#8221;.</p>

<p>The Plateau State Police Command had received a report on 13th August 2025 from a some citizens in Kishika area of Binchi village of Bassa LGA that on 27th of July 2025, while they were on their way from Bukuru cattle market where they sold 3 cows, and were attacked and robbed by some armed hoodlums with locally fabricated guns.</p>

<p>During the attack, the hoodlums robbed them of the collective sum of about N1.9 million, proceeds of the sale of their cows.</p>
<p>Following the report, detectives from Bassa Division of the Nigeria Police swung into action and as a result, the following suspects have been arrested in connection to the offence; one Jafaru Sale, Abdulsalam Adam and Mamuda Musa, suspects, confessed to be responsible for the armed robberies that have been carried out along Bassa and Jingri communities of Plateau State..</p>
