<p>In a vibrant and inspiring ceremony at the Rhino Officers Mess, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division and Commander of Operation SAFE HAVEN (OPSH), Major General Folusho Oyinlola, presided over the investiture of newly promoted Captains, commending their achievements and calling on them to embrace greater responsibilities. <p>Responding on behalf of the newly promoted officers, Captain Umar Isah expressed profound appreciation to the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen OO Oluyede, for approving their promotions. “We are grateful to be found worthy of this honour and pledge our continued loyalty to the Nigerian Army,” he affirmed. Captain Isah also lauded Major General Oyinlola for his outstanding leadership and thanked commanders across 3 Division for mentoring and guiding them.
