<p>In a statement released to journalists in Kano, Alhaji Jega described the appointment as “timely and strategic,” citing Babangida’s deep understanding of agricultural policies and rural empowerment as key qualities that will benefit Nigeria’s farming communities.</p>
<p>“Muhammad Babangida has always shown exceptional commitment to agricultural innovation and rural transformation. His appointment by President Tinubu reflects a clear vision for strengthening food security and supporting farmers across the country,” Jega stated.</p>
