<p>The host Minister, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar who is DICAN&#8217;s grand patron will deliver the keynote address at the conference with the theme, “Nigeria&#8217;s 4Ds Foreign Policy Strategy Amidst Global Security Challenges, Strategic Misperceptions, and the Age of Disinformation: The Role of Diplomacy, Intelligence, and Media in Shaping National and Global Stability,” that will avail participants the opportunity to brainstorm on how to proffer lasting solution to Nigeria, Africa and global security challenges.</p>
<p>The maiden international conference by the Diplomatic Correspondents&#8217; Association of Nigeria, (DICAN) under the visionary leadership of Mr. Idehai Frederick also will x-ray the Tinubu administration’s 4Ds foreign policy framework anchored on Democracy, Development, Diaspora, and Demography and its application in addressing emerging threats and repositioning Nigeria on the global stage.</p>

<p>A robust panel session will be chaired by the Ambassador of the European Union to Nigeria and ECOWAS, and will feature key figures including the National Security Adviser (NSA), the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Professor Sheriff Ghali of the University of Abuja and notable journalists of international repute, Alhassan Bala.</p>
