<p>This was disclosed in a statement he personally signed and made available to journalists on Thursday in commemoration of the Eid celebration.<br />
Garo also prayed for the souls of the 22 Kano athletes who lost their lives in a recent road accident while returning from the National Sports Festival held in Ogun state.</p>
<p>He urged the people to remember them and their families in their prayers during this period of devotion.</p>
