<p>The 3.6 kilometer road project was initially awarded for construction during the second tenure of Senator Rabi&#8217;u Musa Kwankwaso but abondoned by the preceding administration in the state.</p>
<p>This was contained in a statement issued by the governor&#8217;s Chief Press Secretary, Mustapha Muhammad in Kano on Tuesday.</p>

<p>The governor tasked the contractor handling the road project to ensure timely completion and strict adherence to the stipulated rulers and guidelines. He assured contractors in the state prompt payment of contracts completed.</p>
<p>Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf appreciated the support and cooperation of Sabon-Gari Community to the present administration; urged for sustenance of the tempo for rapid socioeconomic development of Kano.</p>
