<p>In a statement signed by its chairman Sulaiman Idris and made available to Newsmen, NYA said, the persistent power outages experienced by residents and businesses have caused immense hardship, slowed economic activities, and diminished the quality of life across the state.</p>
<p>“This critical situation reflects the continued failure of the Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) to effectively distribute power within the state. It also points to the Federal Government’s unfulfilled promises of ensuring a stable and reliable power supply for Nigerians.”</p>

Kano needs innovative, localized solutions to meet its growing electricity demand”.</p>
<p>NYA said it ,believed that with unity, innovation, and strategic investment, Kano can overcome its electricity challenges and set a model for other regions in Nigeria</p>
