<p>The award was presented by the Kano State Head of Civil Service, Abdullahi Musa, on behalf of the JNPSNC during a ceremony on Monday.</p>
<p>The recognition was announced in a statement by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.</p>
