<p>Today, Friday, residents of the Federal Capital Territory staged a protest to express their discontent with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, over allegations of land grabbing allegedly taken from the poor and given to his affluent associates.</p>

<p>The protesters have demanded that Wike be removed from his position, saying that the land seizures violate citizens&#8217; rights and pose a threat to the welfare of the disadvantaged in Abuja.</p>
<p>The demonstrators voiced concerns over the misuse of office to favor a select few wealthy individuals, to the detriment of the general public, warning that such practices will not lead to any positive outcome.
