<p>However, in his ruling on Wednesday, after listening to Barr. Dalhatu Shehu Usman and Ibrahim Salihu Paki, Counsel to the plaintiffs, the presiding Judge, Justice Simon A. Amobeda refused the prayers directing that the respondents should urgently be put on notice to show cause why these prayers should not be granted.</p>

<p>Justice S.A Amobeda ordered that the hearing of the suit is hereby abridged to 72 hours from the service of the order of the court and the processes and that the time of filing of all other subsequent processes by the parties is equally abridged to 48 hours from the service of the same.</p>

<p>The case was then adjourned to October 16th 2024</p>
