The Kano State Government in Northwestern Nigeria has announced plans to create two additional cities to help decongest Kano city.
Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf disclosed this while handing over compensation papers to individuals whose farmlands were taken over at Lambu, Yar Gaya, Rijiyar Gwangwan, and Unguwar Rimi.
In a post on his verified Facebook page, Kwankwasiyya aide Ibrahim Adam stated that Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf will allocate 2,483 plots at Yar Gaya in Dawakin Kudu and another 1,671 plots at Tofa LGA.
