WACORPAI advised Nigerians to shun national protest

Nigerians have been advised to go for round table discussion with the federal government to resolve the economic issues instead of organizing national protest.

The national President/Convener, WAZOBIA Conflict Resolution and Peace Advocacy Initiatives (WACORPAI), Rt. Comrade, Amb. ( Dr) Garba Suleiman Marafa gave the advised while briefing journalists in Kano.

He described the nation’s protest as wrong idea in considering to the country’s multiple cultures, multiple tribes and  ideologies,  therefore urged Nigerians especially youth to think for round table discussion and channels their grievances appropriately.

Comrade Amb. Marafa then called on the Nigerian leaders to be God-fearing consider the feelings of Nigerians and look for possible ways of addressing the situations before taking law into their hands.

The president reiterated the organization  crusade of Nigeria unity, conflict resolution and peace managers towards  Nigerian unity and progress and assured to continue uniting  people of the country.

He observed that some hoodlums are taking advantage of using the protest to loots people properties as well as lost of lives of innocent Nigerians.
