<p dir="ltr">&#8220;Good governance is the system by which an organization is controlled and operates, and the mechanisms by which it, and its people, are held to account,&#8221; he said.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The roundtable discussions focused on building the capacity of stakeholders on structures and strategies for effective engagement with state and non-state actors, including the private sector, to encourage active citizen participation in governance and enhance the quality of service delivery.</p>
