<p dir="ltr">The communique, signed by Dr. Aminu Kabir, detailed multiple grievances. &#8220;Despite numerous correspondences and courtesy calls to relevant stakeholders, there has been no commitment from the authorities to address these pressing issues,&#8221; the communique stated.</p>
