Wallahi women are extraordinary beings, created to complement and make life easier for us — men. May Allah bless them.

In anticipation of this Ramadan, I took my annual leave to support my wife — offering emotional, spiritual, and household assistance.

And during this fasting period, again, I’ve witnessed firsthand the complexities of a woman’s life. Their ceaseless work and brief rest periods are evidently challenging that not all men can even try to live half of it.

For instance, at 4am, they prepare Sahoor, followed by morning chores. As the day progresses, they manage the household, and ensuring everything is in order. By noon, amidst the sweltering heat, they begin preparations for Iftar. Yet, their day continues with the same house chores routines, which is also aside other personal and religious obligations as Muslims.

I am particularly amazed by my wife’s ability to handle pressure and multitask, especially during this fasting period. Whenever we go out for some grocery shopping, despite the fatigue, she immediately retires to the kitchen to prepare for us instead of resting upon returning home.

My mother too, her extraordinary ability to multitask has been nothing short of magical. I often wonder if she has some super powers. May Allah bless her soul.

A woman’s heart is filled with love, care and sacrifice. They need to be appreciated, and supported please.
