Deported Jigawa Woman from Saudi Arabia Plunges into a Stream.

A 38-year-old Saudi Arabia, deported woman identified as Hajiya Tabawa Ado has plunged into a stream in Ringim local government, Jigawa state.

NIGERIAN TRACKER learned that the woman who was recently deported back to Nigeria took her decision to save herself from the agent’s harassment.

According to a resident who claimed anonymity, the woman was sponsored by an agent to Saudi Arabia with the agreement of paying him back his money out of what she was making.

“Over a year Women and Men have been traveling to Saudi Arabia in search of a greener pasture where some women served as house help girls”

“She was sponsored to Saudi Arabia and when she reached there (Saudi Arabia) and saw that she could not bear the kind of maltreatment in the house she was working, she decided to run and in the process, she was arrested and deported back to Nigeria”

“Therefore, the agent has been asking her to pay him back his money which she doesn’t have, I later heard that she drowned in Kafin Kainuwa stream and died”

Spokesman of the NSCDC Jigawa State command CSC. Adamu Shehu confirmed the incident to DAILY POST.

He said the incident happened on Monday Christmas Day 25-12-23, at around 7:45 pm.

According to him”NSCDC received Information that a 38-year-old woman Hajiya Tabawa Ado Musa was drought into a stream called Rafin kainuwa located at Marakawa Ringim town in Ringim local government”

“Her corpse was later discovered on Tuesday and was taken to Ringin general hospital and was confirmed dead by a medical doctor”

CSC. Adam said the investigation revealed that the victim had been suffering from epilepsy from time – to time for years.

She was married & survived by 2 children and was buried in accordance with Islamic teaching.
