<p>The apex court in a Friday ruling, dismissed the Appeal by the candidate of the Labour Party, Chijoke Edeoga seeking to nullify Mbah’s election.</p>

<p>Both the Election Petition Tribunal and the Appeal Court had upheld the declaration of Mbah as the winner of the March 18th Governorship poll by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.</p>
