All Progressive Congress, APC, Kano chapter Chieftain, Seyi Olorunishola has congratulated the former governor of Kano state , Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on his emergence as the national chairman of the party.
Seyi, who served as the erstwhile councillor representing Sabon Gari West, in Fagge federal constituency under the aegis of the party said Ganduje as the new honcho of Nigeria’s ruling party is a timely move that was taken in the overall interest of the party.
According to him, the choice of Ganduje would further solidify the national political strength of the party, adding that the APC leadership structure under it’s new leadership is .destined for heightened political achievements.
He posit that the party at this critical time is in dire need of a national leadership that parades the wealth of experience, which are in the possession of Ganduje and his national Exco members.
He said Ganduje is well drilled in the manifestos and ideals of the party, ” nothing about the party is strange to our new national chairman.”
Seyi who also commended the appointment of former Kano state commissioner for information , comrade Mohammed Garba as the Chief of Staff, CoS to the party chairman said ” your appointment is a well deserved one in view of your sterling qualities, and leadership skills.
He described the appointment of Garba as ‘ the best pick to the exalted and strategic office of Chief of Staff.
“It is the sincere belief that this appointment will further uplift our party.
” Together , we shall work to continue to march our party towards greater strides .”
He appealed to the new national APC leaders to sustain and improve on the principles and political values carved by the founding fathers of Nigeria’s ruling party.
