Suspended Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Godwin Emefiele, has made his appearance at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The charges against him include two counts of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
Accompanied by officers from the Department of State Services (DSS), Mr. Emefiele arrived promptly at 09:21 am for the proceedings.
The case will be heard before the vacation judge, Justice Nicholas Oweibo.
