Abuja, Nigeria – Former Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan, has congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan. In a statement released on social media, he urged Muslims to continue to pray for peace and unity in the country.

“Congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan. May the supplication you have offered in the course of this period be acceptable to Allah and may you be enriched by the lessons of Ramadan,” he said.

Jonathan also called on all citizens of Nigeria to continue to demonstrate love, tolerance and peace towards one another. He emphasized the importance of unity in the country and urged Nigerians to pray for its continued peace and stability.
