<p>Kano, Nigeria &#8211; Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero CFR, JP, has extended his congratulations to the newly elected Governor of Kano State, Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf, on his victory in the election held on Saturday, 18th March 2023.</p>
<p>In his statement, the Emir acknowledged the acceptance of the democratic system of government by the people of Kano and thanked the community for their massive turnout during the elections. He also appreciated the efforts of Islamic scholars, priests, and the entire community for their prayers for peace and security during the election period.</p>
