Atiku Inaugurates Gwani Muhammad Quranic College

PDP Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar commissioning the school

 

Presidential candidate of the people’s Democratic party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has commissioned a five hundred capacity Quranic College at Gunduwawa town in Gezawa local government area of Kano state on Thursday.

The Quranic College constructed by senator representing Kano Central Malam Ibrahim Shekarau was named after his grand mother Gwani Mammadu Dan Gunduwawa.

The college will accommodate 250 male and 250 female studies at a time, and the students will memorized the Holy Qur’an in six months.

Speaking at the commissioning, Wazirin Adamawa lauded senator shekarau for initiating the project Which will play vital role in promoting Islamic education.

The former vice president is in Kano for his presidential rally scheduled to take place later in the day.

On his part, the visibly excited senator Shekarau, thank Atiku Abubakar for commissioning the project.

Shekaru also explained that, he is he is always committed to providing dividends of democracy through projects that will touch the live of the people including the generation yet unborn.
