Famous Germany based Nigerian singer, dancer and song writer Bello Abubakar Sheriff popularly known in the entertainment industry as Bello Sisqo has revealed that despite the fact that Nigerian entertainment industry is booming high compares to others across the globe, there is a strong need for practitioners to do more to maintain the tempo.

Sisqo made this known while addressing newsmen on the prospect of the industry in 2023. According to him, there is a strong synergy between Nigerian based artists and those in Diaspora adding that the cordial relationship between both practitioners has indeed promoted the reciprocal gesture that has enhanced the recorded recognition of the entertainment industry across the globe.

“To be honest with you, I can say that the Nigerian entertainment industry has been one of the fastest growing industries in the world. The industry has projected not only Nigeria as a nation but also that of the continent as a vibrant industry to the global community. We have seen how Nigerians were selected to perform at the recently concluded world cup in Qatar.

Indeed, the entertainment industry of Nigeria has come of age and I can tell you this that the sky is its limit. However, I still believe that there is a need to do more in terms of sponsorship, management and promotions; these will no doubt lift the industry to a greater height by God’s grace,” he said.

Sisqo was shot to limelight with his collaborative song which he did with another Germany based artist Chizo Germany titled ‘‘Fada Da Gaskiya”,

Born on the 1st November 1998 in Borno state of Nigeria precisely in Bama local government area, he ventured into the entertainment sector as a dancer and later started teaching dancing at Farida cinema Rijiyar Lemo in Kano. Young Sisqo later graduated to become a dancing tutor with the Kannywood film making industry. He tutored dance steps in most of Ali Nuhu and Adam A Zango’s films among others.
