<p>A former National Chairman and first National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Vincent Ogbulafor has died.</p>
<p>It was gathered that Ogbulafor passed away on Thursday in Canada at the age of 73 years.</p>
<p>A family member who confirmed the demise of the PDP chieftain said he died after suffering a brief illness.</p>

<p>Ogbulafor hails from Olokoro, in Umuahia South local government of Abia State. He was born on May 24, 1949.</p>

<p>He once served as a PDP’s National Secretary before he later became National Chairman after a bitter national battle between Senator Sam Egwu and Senator Anyim Pius Anyim.</p>
